It has occurred to me--now that several people have asked--that in order to make travel plans, the time of the wedding is an important piece of information. I haven't wanted to post a time yet, because we haven't talked with officiant #2 yet, and so we don't know how long the ceremony will take. But here's the current projected timeline:
12:30 pm Ceremony (or maybe 1:00)
2:00 pm Reception
6:00 pm we make our escape
Notice that it is advisable to eat lunch before the ceremony, because "dinner" won't be served until something like 4 pm. There will, of course, be hors d'oeuvres at 2. And the cake will be fantastic. Yum, I can't wait!
