Dalton really likes playing peek-a-boo, however, he hasn't quite got the idea of putting his own hands over his own eyes yet. They end up on the sides of his head instead.
Dalton is just beginning to point at things in books. He needs to build some confidence, but it's clear he's really understanding things now! Some of the words he has demonstrated understanding: clap, leche (milk), and osito (teddy bear). He also seems to understand donde esta...? and where is...? because he will look around for whatever you ask him about (daddy, osito, etc.)
Dalton is also starting to test the limits. This look means "Are you watching me and really mean that you don't want me to...?" There are no books on the second shelf for a reason, mind you.
Unfortunately, if we take books off the bottom shelf so the rabbits don't eat them, and also off the second shelf so that Dalton doesn't pull them off, then we need to double the number of bookshelves we have (7) because they will all be half-empty. Hm. Guess we need a bigger house.
