We got a quick trip to Chicago. (Cheap fares; no one wants to go to Chicago in January. Go figure.) Dalton got to see his cousins for the second time. Here's Zemira, cuter than ever!
Dalton and Zz "played" together, meaning Dalton grabbed and sucked on Z's toys and Z watched anxiously. (She only tried to hit him once. Pretty good for a 1.5 yr old!)
Oh, and we discovered at the end of our trip to the Holcombes that it kinda sucks to be a minature poodle trying to walk in snow up to your chest. Little Bear (who may be little, but is also rotund) made valiant efforts to walk with us. He had to be occasionally cleaned off, however.
