Richard goes flying

My friend mike took me flying in a Sky Hawk 2 on Tuesday. This is a small single engine plane.




This is the Rappahannock river. Mike, Jen, Rebecca and I canoed around here not too long ago.





This was a cool effect that I noticed. The propeller turns fast enough that you can't see it, but sometimes looking through the camera you could. Somehow the camera and propeller sometimes synced.





Here is a picture of Dahlgren (where I work) from the plane. You can't fly too close to Dahlgren.
